Why do I have to provide my email address and mobile number at the time of purchase when I have already?

The mobile number and email ID you enter during checkout is where we send the e-ticket and get in touch if there are any updates relating to the event. Here, you can also enter the details of the person from whom you are purchasing tickets so that the e-ticket and updates (if any) are directly sent to them.
