Once you’ve added the ticket to your cart and proceed to checkout, we’ll ask you for an email address and a phone number on which you’d like to receive the tickets. Immediately after you make the payment, an e-ticket is sent to the email address (From: purchases@insider.in; Subject Line: “Here are your purchases!”). Additionally, a confirmation is sent via Whatsapp (if you have opted in) to your phone number (Sender: “Paytm Insider'', starting with “Thank you for…”). You can also find your tickets in your insider profile.
We recommend downloading the Insider.in app, since the tickets will be automatically downloaded for offline viewing.
