Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, in case you are unable to attend the event due to an emergency, you can ask your friend to attend it. Our online transfer option is not available as the meeting link is unique and can only be accessed by the buyer’s email ID. Also, not every event may support this option.
