I’ve booked the tickets for an event, however, I will not be able to make it for the event. My event is less than 24 hours away and I am unable to transfer the tickets through my profile. How can I transfer the tickets?

No problem - simply write an authorization letter (email) mentioning the name of the person who would be attending the event on your behalf, attach your valid ID proof, and send this to the recipient’s email address. The recipient needs to carry your e-ticket, a soft copy of your valid government issued photo ID proof and his/her own  valid government issued photo ID proof. The mentioned documents will be checked at the venue by the box office team to make sure your tickets are not misused.


Please note, some organisers may not allow transfer of tickets and hence we request you to refer to the terms and conditions mentioned on the event page before sending the other person to attend the event.
