The event was cancelled and I was told my refund will be initiated, how do I track it?

If an event is cancelled and you have received a confirmation email from our end stating the same, then the refund amount will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.

You can track the refund status directly on your profile. Simply login to your Paytm Insider account and check for "My Profile" > Tickets. 

Do note, you will also receive a refund confirmation email from the payment gateway via which you had paid the ticket amount. The email will also contain your refund reference number (RRN) via which you can track the status of your credit amount with your bank.

If you do not get an intimation of the refund being credited to your account from the original mode of payment or from the payment gateway, please check your wallet/bank statement for the ticket amount. The refund credit will read in the name of or Wasteland Entertainment. If you still do not see the amount in your account, reach out to us at and we will help you with the refund details.
