I was communicated that a refund has been processed but the amount has still not been credited to my account

You can now track your refund status directly on the Profile page of your Paytm Insider account. Simply login via registered email ID and check for the status on your Profile page under Tickets. 

Depending on each bank's policy, the refund can take up to 5-7 working days (excluding Bank holidays and Sundays) to reflect towards your original mode of payment. The refund credit will read in the name of Insider.in or Wasteland Entertainment.

In case you do not receive the amount at the end of the stated time period, write in to help@insider.in with your booking details and we'll help you with the refund details.
