If your booking was successful and added correct address for delivery, then your tickets will be delivered to your address 2-3 days prior to the event / match date. Once the tickets are shipped, you will receive an update via sms regarding your AWB number so you can track them with our delivery partner. Alternatively, you can also head to your Insider profile section via the app/web and the AWB number will generate once the tickets are shipped for delivery.
In case your delivery is unsuccessful, our team will reach out to you and help you to collect your physical tickets from our redemption centres.
